Welcome to Centre for Imaging Research (CIR) Documentation

CIR is a centre for world-leading imaging, jointly formed by Karolinska University Hospital, Karolinska Institutet, and Region Stockholm. CIR supports academic, clinical and industry users with access to imaging facilities and related services at the highest international level.

This wiki contains practical advice on how to collect and analyze data at the different imaging facilities within CIR and how to access and use the server SPICE (Shared Platform for Imaging in the CIR Environment) and other shared resources.

To maintain this wiki as a useful resource, each user share the responsibility of keeping it comprehensive, relevant and up to date. If you think something is missing or unclear - please make an addition or suggest a change.

CIRI (CIR Information Retrieval Interface) is a chat model for the wiki and can help you find information quickly. CIRI is in development, but you can try it out by clicking "Ask CIRI" button in the bottom right corner. If you provide feedback on your experience, it will help us improve CIRI and the wiki to make it more useful for everyone.
